Steve Massa is a Senior Project Manager with the City of Riverside’s Economic Development Department. He works on economic development projects related to innovation, entrepreneurship, smart cities, and opportunity zones. Steve is a board member for Riverside’s tech incubator called Riverside ExCITE and the Executive Director for SmartRiverside, a 501c3 nonprofit focused on digital inclusion and accelerated, technical training career pathways for underserved youth and workers who want to pursue higher-paying jobs in technical fields. Steve lives in Temecula, CA.
